Refund policy

ApathySaves products are made on demand — each piece is produced specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review sizing carefully before ordering.

We do accept returns within 30 days if:

• Your item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted
• You received the wrong item

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@apathysaves.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-returnable: Sale items, gift cards, and items returned without prior approval.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return, back to your original payment method.

For EU customers: you retain the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer law.
