Shipping policy
At ApathySaves, every piece is made on demand — intentionally, without excess. That means your order is created specifically for you after it's placed.
Production Time All orders require 3–7 business days for production before shipping. This is not a delay — it's the process.
Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping Carriers Orders are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Shipping Costs Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after production has begun.
